Black Maternity Matters
We support the delivery of the Black Maternity Matters programme, which focuses on anti-racist action to address the poorer outcomes faced by Black mothers and their babies in NHS maternity and neonatal services. This programme was developed by Health Innovation West of England in partnership with Representation Matters and BCoCo.

How are you today Campaign by Motivational Mums Club
MMC focuses on reducing health disparities in Black Mothers, supporting maternal mental health by delivering free mental health sessions to mothers/birthing people, dedicated peer-to-peer support for black mothers, & culturally sensitive programmes. The ‘How are you, today?’ campaign to celebrate the power and importance of community for mothers to use.

JUST Practice Builders Network
This network launched by The Young Foundation & JUST Centre, brings together diverse practitioners working across areas of life being affected by the climate transition — changemakers, community organisers, researchers, service providers etc, through a sustained, cohort based, programme. By enabling peer learning, reflective practice, & collaborative action, we are bridging the gap between knowledge-generation, lived experience, policy design and implementation.

JEDI Leadership Accountability Programme Pilot
This initiative funded by Farming the Future, brings together 12 senior leaders dedicated to advancing Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) beyond traditional EDI frameworks — towards deeper cultural & systemic transformation, to redefine justice centred leadership in the food & farming sector & support leaders in actively recognising, challenging & changing power, resource & decision-making distribution.

Re-imagining leadership in the environmental sector: Natural Catalysts
Natural Catalysts brings together Global Majority & Senior Leaders to shift how leadership is accessed, practised, & sustained. Following the re-imagining & co-designing of new, practical pathways, processes & systems to support global majority professionals to reach & thrive in senior leadership roles & recognising leadership as a collective endeavour, Natural Catalysts responds to a persistent racial representation gap in the environmental sector.

Food and Racial Justice Working Group: SUSTAIN & Eating Better
This working group, co-convened by Sustain and Eating Better exists to:
- Feed into projects and campaigns of Sustain and Eating Better.
- Identify priorities & needs of the sustainable food sector & member organisations in areas of food justice, racial justice & JEDI.
- Encourage sharing of expert knowledge, experience, guidance & resources across the group.
- Support members in progressing their journeys towards embedding food, racial justice and equity across their work.

ISEP: Diverse Sustainability Initiative - People of Colour Network
An inclusive & dedicated space for individuals identifying as People of Colour actively involved in sustainability & environmental profession. Convened by ISEP, this network is dedicated to providing a safe & supportive environment for open discussions where People of Colour can freely voice their barriers, current concerns & innovative ideas on racial inclusion & equitable leadership that can be progressed through the Initiative.
