Meet the Founder
Beatrice Anomah is a visionary leader committed to anti-racist, just, and equitable futures. Radically Rooted brings authenticity, wisdom, and transformative energy to every engagement. Having navigated multiple systems of oppression, she now channels her lived experience into leading racial justice work to create anti-oppressive practice and lasting systemic change.
With expertise in equity, inclusion, decolonial practices, intersectionality, environmental and racial justice, our founder creates brave spaces where individuals, processes and systems can be reimagined to meaningfully address inequities, and better serve both people and planet
